my 5 months old baby had passed urine only 2 times from morning and not pooed is this normal....I feel like dehydration problem m trying to intake more water.... what else I can do more

A. It could b dehydration as a child should pass urine for about 10 times in the day as this is really very less so it’s better one time u should consult your doctor as well as that way u will k pe what’s the reason and what is needed to b done
