✅ Safe Remedies: Moisturizing cream or lotion: Use a gentle, fragrance-free baby moisturizer like Cetaphil Baby, Aveeno Baby, Sebamed, or Bioderma. Coconut oil: Virgin cold-pressed coconut oil is natural, soothing, and safe for baby skin. Apply moisturizer 2–3 times daily, especially after bathing to lock in moisture. ❗Watch for: Redness, oozing, or crusting — may indicate eczema or infection. If the patch is growing or spreading, or your baby seems uncomfortable or itchy, consult your pediatrician.
