My 5-month-old baby is not sleeping properly. During the day sleeps only for 2 hours and during night sleeps only for 8 - 9 hrs with breaks in between. Not sure what could be the issue doesn't cry but moves a lot while sleeping No long stretch sleeps. I am worried about my baby's health and growth. can someone please suggest and help me please 🙏

A. baby is nt sleeping properly the best way to put the baby sleep gv good massage before bed play some soothing music as baby is sleeping ensure baby is full before bed.. take care...
