Q.

My 5 month old baby always sleeps on his stomach. Is this is a cause of concern? Please advise l.

A. there is no problem if the child is sleeping on the side or the child is sleeping on the tummy. (one important point that has to be taken care of is that the child should be made to sleep on the tummy only under observation). when the neck holding becomes proper than you can leave the child in tummy position without any observation. the important thing is that if the child is znot having any difficulty in breathing as well as respiration and digestion problem then you can continue to let the child sleep as well as give feeding in this position. but if you fezel that the child is having regular coughing as well as breathing difficulty then you have to change the position of the child

A. Hello there ma’am please do not worry about it too much. It is okay if the baby sleeps on his stomach. Please massage baby stomach with BabyHug coconut oil clockwise and anti-clockwise. You can also apply hing water on baby stomach. Also do some cycling leg exercises of the baby to relieve from constipation and gas. Please make the baby burp after every feed. Mother should chew saunf and ajwain after every meal. Thanks and take care
