cleaning the area with a gentle washcloth
allowing diaper free time to air-dry. And to breath the skin
Pravalika AnilMom of a 3 yr 10 m old boy3 years agoA. dear parent, diaper rash is painful for babies and as u say it not just a small portion and is spreading. so pls kindly take the baby to doctor immediately, bcz i have seen my baby facing diaper rash problem and they cry a lot due to the pain which can't be orally expressed by them .. so pls consult doctor Immediately. btw Himalaya baby rash cream is of no use, best to buy "Rashfree" cream.

Best remedy is breast milk... Apply breast milk on rashes don't apply of it's fungal or any infection.. if possible express some milk put it in baby water tub along with some warm water and let ur baby sit for few minutes (should be done in presence of parents)
