my 4months old baby is not pooping since 4days...what can I do....pls suggest me

SanthoshiMom of a 8 yr old girl4 years agoA. Keep your kid well hydrated. that's ok and it's normal for smaller babies. Some babies don't poo even upto a week. If baby is active and healthy and if taking feeds well then no issues. If baby doesn't po for more than a week or ten days then you should see your doctor. Dont wait anytime after a week or near.
