A. Dear parent, you should continue to exclusively breastfeed your baby for another 2 months. That’s the most healthy way to gain weight. At one episode of breast feeding feed from only one breast so that baby receives fat rich hindmilk which will help in weight gain.

A. Hi mom The weight of 4 months baby should be around 5 - 8 kgs. If ur baby is active and playful then no need to worry about weight much. Feed for longer time from one side so that baby gets both fore milk and Hind milk. Hind milk is rich in fat and thicker which will help in weight gain of the baby.
