A. Namaste Mom Kindly calculate as per birth weight monthly weight gain of a full term baby is expected in the range of 400 gm to 1 kg and by the age of 4 to 6 months they double their birth weight. make sure you take a filling and healthy diet preferably before baby feed time , and if required can take support of the formula milk.

A. You should start giving formula milk to a child that will help also you should know this thing that it is expected that the child should gain at least 500 g in a month if that is there then the child should be at least 2 kg the child is maintaining weight that way then it is not a problem otherwise you need to see your doctor
