My 4 yr child is suffering from motions , vomiting and fever since Saturday. We are giving him proper medication as prescribed by doctor. But there is no recovery and he is passing watery stool. What can I do?

A. it is better to get the stool test done jk sit is very important to avoid dehydration in the baby by giving adequate liquids ORS coconut water butter milk to the baby you can give zinconia and enterogermina tubes
