my child is 14 months old since three days he has vomiting fever and motions till yesterday he was very low today he picked up energy but the motions (watery)are still continuing...I m still continuing medication..how long will the medication take time to cure motions .?

A. in. in loose motions baby will be losing lot of water and electrolytes please give ORS coconut water milk and zinc to the baby to avoid dehydration if the baby is getting dehydrated better to see the doct
