My son is 2and half years old and is having fever since last Wednesday. From Saturday he started vomiting along with loose motions. He is still having fever. What should i do?

A. as ots already a week passed n fever in not subsiding, Consult your pediatrician for trying to find out the cause of fever and get some tests done as needed in this situation fir further management
