my 4 years son suffering from fever from last one week temperature not reduced while giving p250 already consult pediatrician but they nothing have p250 and antibiotics but still temynot reduced please help me

A. Complete the course of medicine and if the fever persists for more than five days then take a blood test to diagnose the reason if fever in the child and keep the child hydrated give fruits and light to digest foods
