My 4 years old daughter has 102 fever and the temperature is not coming down after p250. Please suggest what should be done

A. Do cold sponging and repeat the medicine after six hours again if you still do not see the fever is reducing down even after an hour or so then you can consult your nearest doctor or you can visit your nearest hospital for the medication
