Hello sir,my 3.9 years old is suffering from fever for 3 days first day I had give him flexon but fever comes after 4 hours so I had given him P250 till yesterday there is no fever but today morning again temperature rise to 100

A. can we give paracetamol for fever and this medicine can be given maximum 4 times per day and also meet your doctor to find the cause of fever in your child
