Q.

my 4 year old skin is becoming more dry day by day. she was scratching due to dryness. I am applying coconut oil daily. please suggest best soap for dry skin in kids

A. Dove soap you should apply and stop using coconut oil I think it is making it more dry go ahead with using Nmfe vitamin E cream that is very easily available at a medical store and if not then you can find it on Amazon also but don’t use lotion I would suggest to strictly for three
