my 4 year old is suffering from fever, cold and cough. I have been giving paracetamol and mefanamic acid for the past 2 days. But the fever comes again. should i start antibiotics and which antibiotics should I start with

A. If the fever does not subside with a maximum 72 hours then you should be getting a check with your doctor you may have to go for a blood test for the child and for that whatever is needed to be done the doctor would advise you accordingly
