My 4 year old child suffered fever for 5 days. given paracetamol syrap. he was very weak. not standing. his legs was very weak.what I'll do.. please suggest.

A. If a favour does not subside within maximum of 72 hours and it is not a normal fever and you are saying that this too much of weakness into the legs of your child I think it would be better for you to visit your doctor and start with treatment suggested by the doctor
