my 4 months old baby boy sweating problem in palms and feet,his palm and feet always cold,is it normal??

A. It’s usually normal because of the summer season but if you see the excessive sweating is happening then in that you can consult your doctor for further assistance as it could be due to sweat could be little energy or it could probably be due to eczema
