Cough and Cold along with the symptom like Fever loss of appetite irritability could be a feature of viral infection or seasonal flu where most of the time supportive treatment is given. 
along with that cough expectorant and decongestant wit hih antiallergic medicine given.
steam inhalation can be given frequently to relieve the symptoms.

Hello dear parent! Complete the course of medication as prescribed by your doctor. It might take sometime for complete recovery. Try giving indirect steam inhalation.
