Q.
My 4.5 year boy is having red discolouration and some bumpy rashes with redness surrounding the bumps all over the body including forehead neck cheek chin ears armpits back stomach around navel and everywhere

Some red patches are totally normal and it get cured by its own in next few days. Just try to keep your baby normal room temperature and don’t change the temperature of surroundings frequently. You should also add sufficient water in babies regular diet plan to keep your baby hydrated and start using calamine lotion it will help to cure the area phase
