my 4.5 month old baby is sleeping more and feeding more frequently.. playtime has reduced.. also she urinate frequently too.. should I be concerned?

A. no dear there is nothing to be worried or concerned feeding pattern and frequency of feeding can change also baby may feed more frequently when experiencing growth spurt good urine output indicates good hydration and feeding
