Q.
my 3yr old baby is having diarrhoea and has fever also. yesterday I showed a pediatrician n he prescribed me some probiotic , z n d syrup,neoptine syrup but now his stomach has started gurgling and fever is 101f now what should I do?

Loose motion are most of the time infective where it is associated with fever and vomiting and its known as gastroenteritis where symptomatic treatment along with management for dehyhidration is required if loose motions are associated with foul smell mucous high grade fever than it could be bacterial infection which needs antibiotics treatmecnt
