my 3months old baby is feeding once in 4-5 hours.. she pees frequently.. not sure if she's getting enough milk.. she's not much of a sleeper..but doesn't want to eat before 4-5 hours..I exclusively breastfeed. please advice

A. dear Mum do not be in doubt if baby is passing urine 6 to 8 times in 24 hours is active alert and gaining adequate weight then feeding is sufficient do not worry feed on demand exclusive breastfeeding till 6 months
