My 3 years son is not eating anything more than 2-3 bites of anything what could be the matter. He is getting thin day by day

A. dear mum , such phas s do come when child expressing control so do not force have family meal together show by ur example let him eat by self no screen / distraction at meal time milk not more than 300 ml
