my 3 years old son is suffering from repeated cough and cold since rainy season.he is active but getting repeated cough and cold.what should I do??? please help l am very stressed.

it is in diagnosis of allergic cough cold .
here the child will have regular cough and cold which is usually not associated with fever .
it increases and decreases but does not get cured completely.
dr will give anti allergic medicine usually motelukast / levocetirizine. if its still not improving the next line of treatment will be inhaler therapy with mdi / nebulizer.
allergy can be environmsental (temperature variation -hot to cold weather/ cold water intake / dust / smoke / pollens) , food , chocolate / packet preservatives food and sweet food also.
body zcannot sustain such allergic changes leading to cough cold usually at evening /night and morning.
