My 3 years old daughter has major hairfall .I shaved off her hair but within 5 months she started having major hairfall again it’s like way too much like 500-600 a day . Got her tests done but everything is within range . Pls suggest

Doctor will guide you with better medicine if required. Also give better diet will be guided qlby the doctor. Good luck and take care
