my 3 years old baby passing normal stool 3-4times in a day. is it normal or any concern? what can i do?

A. If the child is passing undigested motion where the food is coming out in the motion or if the child is suffering with loose motions then it is a matter of concern otherwise motion the child is not passing which is normal 3 to 4 times in normal is completely fine
