my 3 years and 6 months old baby is suffering from cold and cough from last 2 days . please suggest medicine

Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 4 m old boy1 Year agoA. This can occur due to either allergy or infection and some times due to climate changes around child.
For cold / running nose give syp allegra 5 ml twice daily to the child. (Helps in decreasing running nose and cold)
Prevent temperature variations around the child and give nasal saline drops every three hourly for nasal congestion and block.
For wet coughing you can give syrup ascoril LS 5ml twice daily to the child
Indirect steam help in decreasing coughing
For fever and pain give paracetamol
Go for home remedies like Tulsi Ginger honey diluted with water combeination and turmeric with milk at least 2 times per day.
Give warm water to drink.

instead of giving Medicines directly,you may try some safe Homemade remedies to cure this
for example
give mixture of honey and ginger in one tsp quantity twice in a day
apply Babyhug rapid relief rub on chest and back of your child
