my 3 year old son maintains poor eye contact and responds only sometimes.but understands everything and sings rhymes ,abc. he is taking few words but no sentences..when I googled I see autism word everywhere..I'm worried.plewse suggest.n.

Hello ma’am It is a possibility that your child is autistic with the symptoms you just mentioned but the other thing which could be there is a delayed age growth. if the child is 3 years old and if the child is not doing proper eye contact and other milestones are also not proper you need to consult your doctor for a proper assessment to rule out any behavioral disorder
