my 3 year old daughter have constipation problem. Because of this when she try to eat, suddenly she gets vomiting. Hence she doesn't like to eat anything and refuse her favourite food also. is there any home remedies for this kind of problem?

A. fibre rich diet to the baby and also include proper physical activity and ample of fluids for her to relieve from constipation issues give her Chiku prune dates banana
