my 3 year old daughter doesn't eat any meal food milk or anything.. Her weight is 10kg now... what to do? what is the reason for not hungry to her... please give tips

I would advise you to go ahead with giving an iron and multivitamin supplement to the child so it is going to be good enough for you to start giving all the supplements to the time along with that if required you please take an advice with your doctor as well
