My 3 year old baby has slight cold and cough and headache and body is looslsightly warm  what medicine can i give him?

This can occur due to either allergy or infection and some times due to climate changes around child.

For cold / running nose give syp allegra 5 ml twice daily to the child. (Helps in decreasing running nose and cold)
Prevent temperature variations around the child and give nasal saline drops every three hourly for nasal congestion and block.
For wet coughing you can give syrup ascoril LS 5ml twice daily to the child
Indirect steam help in decreasing coughing
For fever and pain give paracetamol
Go for home remdedies like Tulsi Ginger honey diluted with water combination and turmeric with milk at least 2 times per day.
Give warm water to drink.

Allegra you can give and if your child is having fever or temperature if it is higher than 99°F then you can give Calpol to the child or any other medication like whatever paracetamol you have available at your home you can go ahead with that
