My 3 year old always complaints about abdomen pain.. he has also lost his appetite and has lost weight almost 2 kgs and has got dark circles.

You should get a check with your doctor if your child is constantly complaining of stomach pain that means there is some problem and you need to take care of that please get a check with your doctor immediately there is some problem that needs to be addressed
