my 3 months old daughter is getting pimple like marks on her face and now could see it on her fist? what is that? any reason for that and cure?

Atogla you can apply as of now this is going to help in reducing down the rash and pimple that your child is having this kind of a situation can be very commonly seen if it is too much of hot into your brother or if it is too much of cold into your region so this is going to be good to apply
