my 3 months old baby is having cough and cold from 3 days iam giving drops but not decreasing and from today morning he is going motion 4 times what is the problem

A. kindly continue the medicine given by your doctor and take a follow up after few days of starting medicine. follow up is also required because the doctor will tell you whether you have to continue the same medicines or there will be changed inh the medicines .
