RashmiMom of a 11 yr 3 m old girl4 weeks agoA. Teething we have started to happen and that is why your child is having too much of saliva as drooling most of the times is associated with the same only that you don’t have to worry about it is going to stop when the teeth start to come right now there is no issue in this case
