Q.
My 3 month old son is developing light spot on his cheeks. Is it normal? What food should i eat to prevent such spots for my breastfeeding child?

please do the following things:
feed your child on demand.
as you are nursing mother, take healthy and well blanaced diet.
keep your body well hydrated
provide apt sun light at least 20 minutes a day
avoid using any cosmetics.
maintain good hygiene.
if it increases or if your child feel any discomfort because of it then please visit your pediatrician.
