My 3-month-old daughter is having redness under feet

It could be blood you’re not see what I’m trying to say that when the child is born they have very good amount of blood and haemoglobin so that is why the feet and the hand are really red so if that is the case and it’s not a problem but if there’s anything else then kindly post your question with the picture otherwise consult your doctor once more clarity
