my 3 month old baby having like this rash on his face, stomach &back ...I'm attaching pic ..let me know please

A. It looks like allergy to rashes so u need to get it checked with a skin doctor once then o my u will get to know what’s the issue and accordingly the treatment can b started for the same .. and for rashes in general u can use calamine lotion regularly
