My 3 month baby have big spot from bcg vaccine . Is it like that or sign of infection . Plz advice

Puss is building inside of it I’m just going to recommend you to get a puncture by the doctor to clean the infection that is going to be very very important right now and advise with the medicine ahead of which is going to be useful for the child currently
