my 3 month and 22 days daughter's gums are in swelling, she is always crying and in fever and she has diarrhea problem also .... which medicine can I give her

A. it is proces of teeth. Teeth eruption is a growth process but is very painfull for the baby . You can give vitamine D on daily basis alo g with calcium if required . Also a teether can be given for irritation of gums . If loose motion then give ors and avoid milk .
