my sammu is 5 months 5 days old her gums are very tight i think her teething is started what drop i give her that prevent from fever and diarrhea

A. the process of eruption of teeth in the baby can start anytime from 6 months to 1 year this is a physiological process all the babies will be getting teeth normally no need of any medicine
