Lovleena MishraMom of 2 children3 years agoA. Please serve foods in attractive forms. Cut foods into different shapes using food cutters. Offer colourful foods on colourful plates or in colourful bowls as shapes and colours attract the attention of the kid. Good physical activity and adequate sleep lead to good appetite. Set examples in front of her. Include cartoons and books which show the importance of eating to your child.
