My 2nd baby one and half month today is vaccination is done for govt. hospital.baby weight is 3.8kg.how much o drop syrup .dolo drop syrup is there

A. The standard is five drops in this age for first six months of age you are supposed to give any medicine that’s usually suggested is five drops and this is what you can give right now and can repeat after every six hours if you see the temperature is there
