my 20 months babyboy got upper 4 teeth but lower teeth 2 only why still he didn't got lower more teeths what I must do plz give suggestion

ExpertNiharika PandeyPediatric Dentist3 years agoA. Hi it's okay.. kids get their complete set of 20 milk teeth upto the age of 3-3.5 years.. gently massage the gum pad area with clean finger tip or moist cold cotton cloth to increase blood circulation and hasten the eruption process of teeth.

U See there is no reason to why are search if your child has got 6 teeth as of now the other will come when the gums are ready to have them we do not decide the timing for a teeth to come it is completely going to be dependent on the body and gums how it is responding to a thing
