My 20 days old baby have rashes all over her body. it looks like small red pimples. What to do?

kindly apply moisturizing lotion or virgin coconut oil on the skin of the child 4 to 5 times per day and if the problem still continues for mmore than two weeks then meet your doctor and do not apply any type of cream lotion or ppowder which is causing allergy on the skin
