it could be allergic reaction to heat , sweating, cosmetics, fabric, food etc or it could be infection
so please visit your pediatrician for proper evaluation.
apply baby soothing Calamine lotion on it
or try cool pack on it
keep your child in well vantileted room
dress your child in loose fitting Cotton clothes
