My 2 years old boy has skin rash like welts itching from yesterday. it is not much, and occurs 2 to 3 times a day. What may be the cause and can you please help me find medicine for him

Shikha kumarMom of 2 children4 years agoA. seasonal changes or hot weather and the sweating can be the cause of such rashes so you must maintain hygiene fill in the area with some antiseptic solution and then Sprinkle some medicated powder you may also apply coconut oil or mustard oil let it stay for a while and then Sprinkle baby powder you can also Rub ice cube over it or apply little curd let it stay for a while and then wash it off with normal water keep your child well hydrated and in good atmosphere
