Q.

my 2 years girl having temperature 101 on only one day syp.paracetamol given....next day it resolved..... there's no cold.....what is the reason behind this fever......

A. hello actually sometimes it happens no need to worry all of a sudden whether change or some food infection or indigestion sometimes the body temperature will become warm no need to worry it will happen sometimes
