Q.

my 2 years child listen when I sing rhymes or favourite song but when I call his name he doesn't respond what ever he wants he tell us by pointing he don't speak

A. Hello, your baby boy is 25 months old and he doesn’t respond to your voice so see if he can hear or not or he has a tongue tie or consult with ENT specialist

A. the baby list more than two years of age probably baby is having expressive aphasia the reason baby not be speaking properly you may consult speech therapist for advice in this regard
